Julie Roberts - Co-Founder, Owner

Throughout her career as a Financial Executive, Julie Roberts always found time to pursue her passion for painting. Her art studies included those at The Vander Zee School of Art in Old Town Alexandria, VA, the Lighthouse Art Center in Jupiter, Florida, the Easel Art Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, various workshops and 100s of hours of independent study. Ms. Roberts has exhibited extensively in the Washington D.C. as well as Palm Beach areas, and has received many awards for her entries. Her paintings are in many private collections throughout the US.

Ms. Roberts earned a BBA from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the George Washington University. She spent many years as a Financial Executive at both USAirways and Marriott, while also serving on various Boards, and is now Co-Founder and Owner of The Palm Beach Art Collection. Julie has done strategic and financial consulting for a number of art galleries, combining her business experience and passion for art. 

Ellen Liman - Co-Founder, Consultant

Ellen Liman, a painter, author and a fixture of the Palm Beach art scene, founded and ran Liman Gallery Palm Beach for 18 years, acquiring a large inventory directly from artists. Ellen is the author of seven books on decorating and collecting. She is a graduate of Barnard College and studied at the Rhode Island School of Design, Columbia University, and the National Academy of Design. Her paintings are in many private and corporate collections.
